Local grass raised 1/4 beef share cut to order. Includes 1/4 share of all steaks, roasts, specialty cuts and ground beef. We source our beef from local producers that take extra care to raise and treat their animals well. You can rest assured that you will receive excellent beef from local producers! When your order has been placed we will contact you to arrange your individual cutting order and to establish an expected timeline. Current lead time is about 3-4 weeks.
